Hope you are feeling good. I just completed a new song for Kirk Shannon-Butts new film “Julien’s Bed” it’s beautiful and sexy and I can’t wait to share it with you.

This is the 2nd time I’ve written a song specifically for a film, the first was for the hotel love scene between Faybien and Lonnie in Finding Me: Truth. I really enjoy writing this way, creating a song that captures the mood and feeling of the scene. Watch the preview below.

Its the narrow doctrine that many Christians adopt versus the wider more embracing Truth that lives in all of us. At first the artwork made me hesitate, but don’t be fooled, this is an inspiring, beautifully crafted film – I knew I had to share it with you… Watch the trailer.

Listen to TRACK 26, new music created for the TLA film Finding Me: Truth Soundtrack. The director Roger Omeus used Spring Rain and Dream in the lovemaking scenes for Finding Me. While he was working on this sequel, he asked me to write a new song for Fabian and Lonnie’s lovemaking. It was hard work… looking at 2 attractive men making out and coming up with music, but I some how managed:) Enjoy

However, I wasn’t prepared for how powerfully rich, spiritually empowering, and deeply beautiful this film is…



La Mission is a hispanic community in San Francisco, and like all “minority” communities, it is a mosh pit of old and new world ideals. Eastern and Western paradigms collide – sometimes dancing… sometimes fighting for dominance. It is into this world of hyper-everything that a gay young man is born.



This film is about salvation, not the kind that takes us out of this world – but the kind that leads to heaven right here on earth. And yes some go through hell to find it… La Mission is our journey to this heaven.

What more do you want from a gay flick? Its not perfect… but its definitely enjoyable! I love seeing positive honest gay characters in film.
