It was an exciting time – I’d recently won the R&B/Soul OUTMusic Award and BET‘s Soul Sessions sent congratulations, so there was a lot to talk about. Its interesting that this is coming out now, because Love just passed another milestone - 50,000 plays on Youtube. Watch it again and help take it to 100,000 plays… its about our Love.

His film Blueprint just got accepted the the 2011 KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival. Kirk has directed both of my music videos and I really admire and love him – he deserves every success.  My song Love is the theme song for this film, so in a way I’ll be going to India as well… Yeah!!! lol

Blueprint has screened at over 50 International Film Festivals (including Cannes Film Festival), Universities, and Gay Prides. Kirk is currently working on “The Day Eazy E Died” by best-selling author James Earl Hardy. You can watch Blueprint and Kirk’s other movies at www.flickeria.com

The Society Against Sexual Orientation Discrimination (SASOD) opens its sixth film festival this Tuesday, with a screening of the film Blueprint, featuring the soundtrack by Guyanese musician Nhojj.

This is really an inspiration to continue living my truth – I submitted this video to a smaller website, and the owners couldn’t appreciate the display of homosexual attraction.  I’m happy love and truth alway triumphs in the end!
