OUTMusic Award for 2012 R&B/Soul Song

Posted on 6 CommentsPosted in Top Stories

I’m honored to share the 2012 OUTMusic Award for Best R&B/Soul song with the amazing BSlade. I’ve admired this brother’s courage and artistic vision for a long, long time, so I’m happy the universe saw fit to honor us together. Big congratulations once again to all the nominees and award recipients, and much love to Diedra Merideth, everyone at LARA, and all the volunteers for a special weekend. I’ll blog about the experience and share photos later – I’m still a little blown away about winning this award 3 years in a row…
