Our’s is a world of multiplicity. There isn’t one type of flower, there are hundreds of thousands of flowering plants (somewhere between 250,000 and 400,000). And we know each type of flower can be further subdivided into categories, for instance there are between 100 and 150 types of roses.
What is true for flowers is true for animals (millions of species), snowflakes (no two alike), and of course people (different nationalities, heights, eye colors, personality types, etc etc). And the list goes on and on.
So why do so many believe there is only one way to love? Why do people believe that a God who obviously delights in multiplicity would choose only one way?
